Licensing

YDP's aim is to offer a simple and clear business model for the yPublisher system. This covers all the elements of the system itself and its deployment, including:

  • system licence fees,
  • system installation,
  • user training,
  • maintenance & support,
  • minor system upgrades,
  • major system upgrades,
  • extra extensions.

System Licence:

Includes an annual usage fee for the system platform (workflow support) and the end-user applications. The annual licence fee is scalable and depends on the number of users with access to the system.

System installation:


  • 1-day onsite requirements analysis
  • system+hardware architecture consultancy
  • system installation and configuration
  • system testing and start-up
  • 2-day onsite administrator's training

User training:


  • 3-day onsite workshop by 2 experienced system trainers (leader and assistant) for a group of maximum 10 trainees.

Maintenance & support:


  • continuos guarantee i.e. bugs fixing,
  • e-mail/phone hotline support of system administrator (response time within 24 hours)

Minor upgrades:


  • upgrades which introduce improvements of existing functionality

Extra extensions:

Extra, "custom made" functionality customized to meet the needs of individual customers. YDP reserves the right to include such functionality in future system versions.
